Peacock Family Vineyard 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon is a great example of the power, structure, and finesse of the Spring Mountain District.  The aromas are focused, with black currants, chocolate, and spice.  The palate is concentrated yet balanced, with a powerful structure and smooth quality tannins.  Dark fruits and a rich mouth feel persist through the finish, leaving a lasting impression of this vineyard.
