The 2000 Peacock Family Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon reflects the long yet mild growing season of the 2000 vintage. The wine is balanced with bright red fruits, earthiness, mint, and a hint of oak. The wine is round and concentrated with soft tannins leading to a smooth lingering finish.
